--Close range striking: Muay Thai
--Extreme close range: Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun
Collectively these arts effectively strike with the hands, feet, shins, knees, and elbows, everything you could hope to hit with is covered extensively here as well as standing clinch, throwing and locking.
--An extensive weaponry system from the Southeast Asian archipelago of the Philippines, Kali is one of the most well rounded martial arts in the world, and comprises enough material for many lifetimes of study all on its own.

The fitness program at PCMA revolves around functional strength and conditioning:
--Russian Kettlebells are a strength gaining tool used by 19th century Russian strongmen, and their resurgence has taken the fitness world by storm. --Our women’s kickboxing program is specifically designed for the woman who wants to regain and maintain a higher level of cardiovascular fitness, strength, and weight loss. Maybe you want to return to the body you had before pregnancy, or maybe you’re just tired of being tired.
